At Lovunny, we want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one, so if any product you purchased from Lovunny is found to be defective, Lovunny will happily replace the product, or offer you a refund. This policy provides you with benefits in addition to the rights you have at law because your satisfaction is very important to us. 

Please note, we do not issue full/ partial refund or discount before item is returned back to us.

We accept return for refund if the product is verified to be faulty. 

Returns terms & conditions

  1. We accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase.
  2. You can return your order for a refund or a replacement of the manufacturer faulty item.
  3. A Lovunny customer service representative must be contacted before returning. Prior return authorization is required for warranty and returns.
  4. Lovunny will work with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible. So please do not hesitate to contact us if there's any concern.

Please Note:

If unsuccessful delivery occurs due to buyer's inability to collect items from Australia Post Collecting Point or incorrect address provided by buyer, refund will only be issued upon the item is successfully returned to us.

Partial Refund* will be processed when unsuccessful delivery in the situation mentioned above. And re-sending is not available. 

*Partial Refund = the amount that buyer paid deducting actual postage we paid for shipping the item.

Currently we do NOT ship orders internationaly.

Though we only ship items locally within Australia at this stage due to the instability of shipping and custom conditions impacted by Covid-19, we will extend our business to worldwide in the coming future. 

STANDARD DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

Great news: we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders!

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney via Australian Post to all metro and regional locations within Australia. Orders shipped with standard shipping will normally take 1-6 business days to arrive after being dispatched, depending on your destination. However, posting time is not guaranteed as it is Australia Post who handles the shipping, not us. 

Due to the significant impact of Covid-19, delays might occur to delivery of up to two weeks on top of the original estimated delivery date. So please allow up to two weeks at the latest on top of the original estimated delivery date. Thank you for your patience.

Delivering to PO Box / Parcel Locker

Generally we'll ship your orders via registered mail which requires signature on delivery, so if your postal address is PO Box, it will definitely redirected to your nearby post office for you to collect and sign for it; or Parcel Locker, same case happens, while there's a chance that it will delivered in your Parcel Locker. 

Tracking

All of the orders will be dispatched with either Australia Post Parcel Shipping or Australia Post Registered Mail both of which have tracking feature.
